It is such an immense pleasure to be working with artists and physicists on the notion of emergence as a scholar as part of “Leaning out of Windows: Art and Physics Collaborations Through Aesthetic Transformations”. It is a SSHRC Insight Grant led by Randy Lee Cutler and Ingrid Köenig of ECUAD in partnership with TRIUMF Canada’s particle accelerator centre at UBC. The project is now in its third phase, where teams of four and five collaborate to invent a collectivity, a piece of art work, a new idea…. Stay tuned for updates!
